What is Runderwear™?
Runderwear™ designs a range of seamless, moisture-wicking underwear for sport. The focus is on creating chafe-free products to increase comfort levels and reduce risk of rubbing and irritation.
What makes Runderwear™ different?
The Runderwear™ team only designs and constructs undergarments for sport, which means we can solely concentrate on being the best at what we do. Runderwear™ is engineered using 360 degree seamless technology, preventing nasty rubbing on the skin from irritating seams. Our range of Underwear, Socks, Bras and Socks all help you to stay comfortable and increase performance.
What materials do Runderwear™ use?
As we focus solely on underwear we are able to travel around the world discovering the best fabrics for our customers. Our underwear range is a blend of a highly technical moisture-wicking polyamide blended with a high grade of elastane for ultimate comfort and performance. The Merino Runderwear™ is produced using Merino Wool from Australian Sheep that are non-mulesed.

Runderwear™ is a brand on a mission; to create the best sports underwear in the world. The brand is the brainchild of two former Loughborough University students, Jamie Smalley and Rich Edmonds after running the New York Marathon and both suffering from chaffing. Launched in 2013 at the London Marathon exhibition, the product was sold out halfway through the show – making the Runderwear™ team realise that the product was innovative, unique and something people wanted.

How do I wash Runderwear™?
We recommend washing Runderwear™ products at 40 degrees. No need to tumble dry though, due to the moisture-wicking properties our products dry really quickly.

Absolutely. Our website uses SSL which means all information entered is encrypted and passed securely to our payment processor (stripe, who are a global card payment processor) or paypal (well, you know who they are). Happy shopping!
what currency do you accept?
All payment is taken in GBP (£), but automatically translates our International Customers pricing into US dollars, Canadian dollars, Euros, Australian dollars, Hong Kong dollars and South African Rand etc.
Shipping/Delivery Information
We offer FREE Worldwide delivery on all orders over £30, and we strive to dispatch all orders from our UK Warehouse within 1 working day of the order being placed. The free delivery option within the UK usually arrives within 3 working days.* International customers should expect their order to arrive within 3-7 working days later using the FREE delivery service, depending on destination.*

Delayed/Lost Items
Sometimes due to busy or peak periods, adverse weather conditions or one of a number of other factors, delivery of your order can take longer than the suggested time on our non-guaranteed services. Our delivery partners advise that UK orders can take up to 10 working days from their due date, and international orders up to 20 working days from when they were sent out. Please contact us by email (hello@runderwear.co.uk) if you are concerned that your post is lost after these timescales and we will aim to get this rectified as soon as possible, or with any other questions about your delivery.
Return To Sender
Please be careful to enter the correct postal address for your delivery. Any errors in the shipping information could result in your order being returned to sender. In this case we will charge for re-delivery of the order to you. Please also ensure that if you choose a tracked or courier delivery service that someone will be in to receive the order, or collect it from the delivery company in good time so that is not returned to us. Again, this will result in us charging you for re-delivery.

Can I return my Runderwear™?
You may return any non-faulty Runderwear™ Socks, Crop Tops and Headwear to us within 14 days of purchase.
Due to hygiene reasons we can not accept returns on underwear including Briefs, Boxers and G-Strings if they have been worn.
